Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for Kansas licensure
- Experience with elementary age students preferred
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing intervention strategies, and participating in IEP process
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and provide recommendations to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer consultation and intervention support for academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
- Lead or participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed
