Position Overview
We are seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite position supporting students at the elementary level in East Lyme, Connecticut.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a School Psychologist who enjoys working directly with students while supporting their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. The caseload is approximately 20 students and will include a combination of counseling and evaluation responsibilities.

Responsibilities
The School Psychologist will:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations
- Participate in initial and reevaluation processes
- Provide individual and/or small-group counseling support
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and recommendations based on evaluation findings
- Help develop and implement appropriate interventions and student support strategies
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Appropriate Connecticut School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and school staff
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
