Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary/middle school-age students
- Ability to perform assessments, develop recommendations, and support IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations, including testing, interviews, and observations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support RTI/MTSS initiatives and data-driven decision-making for student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and confidentiality of records
