You’ll have the chance to work alongside another psychologist and engage with the school’s specialized BEST/STRIVE programs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings, especially at the elementary level
- Knowledge of special education processes, evaluations, and IEP meetings
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and social-emotional supports
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You'll Do:
- Provide counseling, assessment, and consultation services for K-5 students
- Collaborate with the special education team to support the BEST/STRIVE programs
- Conduct evaluations and help develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administration to foster student success
- Support positive interventions, crisis response, and trauma-informed practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives
