Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Active Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is highly valued
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
- Commitment to working onsite in Lynnwood, WA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to support special education eligibility decisions
- Consult and coordinate with families, educators, and teams to develop intervention and support strategies
- Actively participate in IEP and intervention planning meetings
- Provide behavioral and academic consultation as part of MTSS/RTI initiatives
- Deliver direct counseling services when needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
