Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting multidisciplinary evaluations and writing comprehensive reports
- Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, RTI/MTSS processes, and special education law
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and interpreting psychological and educational assessments
- Documenting findings and preparing clear, actionable evaluation reports
- Participating in eligibility and IEP meetings with school staff and parents
- Making recommendations based on assessment data to support individualized instruction
- Contributing to positive, collaborative relationships across the school setting
- Supporting students’ academic and social-emotional needs through consultation and intervention
