Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification in Connecticut (PSYCH CT required)
- Previous experience providing services in school settings
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct formal psychological evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with testing and report writing to support special education eligibility and student planning
- Provide consultation and recommendations to other educators and families regarding student needs
- Potentially deliver psychological counseling and intervention services, if needed
- Work collaboratively across multiple locations to support students across a variety of ages
This role begins as a 1 day per week commitment, offering the flexibility to fit your schedule. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through June 7, 2027, allowing you to make a sustained difference in students’ lives.
