School Psychologist - Fenton, MO

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience in school-based psychological services is strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to support students across a range of grade levels (K-12)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and evaluations for students as needed
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized plans and interventions
- Provide counseling services and crisis intervention when necessary
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility decisions, and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulations
