Required Qualifications:
- Current Indiana Psychologist license
- Experience delivering psychological assessments and services in school settings
- Knowledge of PreK–4th grade developmental needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to serve multiple locations and manage a varied caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for PreK–4th grade students
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop student intervention strategies
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district/state requirements
- Address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs through direct and indirect services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive school climates across assigned sites
