Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license in Indiana, meeting all state requirements
- Experience supporting PreK through elementary-age children preferred
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload, including preschoolers in multiple settings
- Skilled in assessment, counseling, interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and diagnostic services for students PreK through 4th grade
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support across nine preschool classrooms in three locations, as well as early elementary classrooms
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support staff training and guidance regarding student mental health and learning strategies
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Travel between assigned locations as needed to meet students’ needs
