Pediatric School Psychologist in Folsom, CA

Qualifications:
- Current and active School Psychologist license
- Previous experience working in a school setting, with a strong background in pediatric populations
- Ability to evaluate and address the emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of students
- Skilled in collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and facilitating interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, on-site school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments for students requiring support
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to design and implement effective intervention strategies
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and ongoing support to students
- Support staff training on behavioral management and mental health awareness
- Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school policies and state regulations
