Position Details
Location: Long Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Qualifications
- Current BCBA Certification (Required)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage responsibilities across multiple school sites
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Adjust interventions based on data-driven outcomes
- Provide coaching, consultation, and professional development to school staff on positive behavioral supports
- Promote evidence-based behavioral practices that foster student growth and success
Compensation
$60–$65 per hour (Pay is based on experience, education, and qualifications.)
