Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Licensed LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with direct ERMHS/ERICS experience in a school-based setting is the top priority.
- Applicants credentialed or licensed as School Psychologists with ERMHS/ERICS experience in schools are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and supporting compliance.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with educators, support staff, and families.
- Strong background in mental health assessment, counseling, and development of intervention plans tailored to students’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ERMHS (Educationally Related Mental Health Services) for students as detailed in IEPs.
- Conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with school personnel and families to design and implement student support plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the special education process through comprehensive reporting.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral and mental health services.
