- Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student strengths and areas of need
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support services as required
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, Response to Intervention (RTI), and other multidisciplinary team sessions
- Design and monitor effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Offer staff training and consultative support to promote positive outcomes for students
