Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee school psychologist licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in assessment, counseling, and developing interventions for children and adolescents
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable to working in person, hybrid, or flexible schedules
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
