Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills

- Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer direct counseling support to students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive strategies
- Participate in team meetings, problem-solving sessions, and staff development
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
