This full-time, contract assignment focuses on delivering services across K-12th grade, requiring immediate availability to start and continue through the end of the school year.

Ideal candidates should bring expertise in one or more of the following areas: school psychology or teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The role involves collaborating closely with students, educators, and families to address a range of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, as well as providing targeted support for students with auditory impairments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or license in School Psychology and/or Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education (as required for area of specialization)
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with multi-disciplinary team approaches
  • Adaptable and responsive to the needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychoeducational assessments and support services to students
  • Interpret assessment data and guide intervention strategies for student success
  • Deliver specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with educational standards
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
