- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling for students

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred by school staff or parents
- Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide direct counseling or intervention services to students as needed
- Collaborate with intervention teams, participate in case conferences, and provide consultative support to teachers and staff
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and records in compliance with applicable laws and policies
- Assist with crisis response, prevention programs, and staff training as appropriate
