With no assigned caseload, you’ll focus on conducting psychoeducational evaluations, joining eligibility and IEP meetings, and lending overflow support alongside the building’s full-time School Psychologist. This part-time, onsite role (15–35 hours per week, schedule pending) specifically serves a middle school population—providing an ideal opportunity to sharpen your assessment skills, collaborate on dynamic teams, and experience district-level support strategies. Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (Illinois PEL or equivalent)
- Experience with middle school-aged students preferred
- Proficient in psychoeducational assessments
- Strong knowledge of IEPs/eligibility processes
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Offer overflow support as needed in partnership with full-time staff
- Maintain meticulous assessment and meeting records
