Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Familiarity with assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and special education procedures
- Strong communication, consultative, and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Experience in a K-12 setting is preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations to support student learning and well-being
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by providing insights into student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive educational environments
- Provide direct intervention services, counseling, and crisis response as needed
- Promote preventative strategies to improve student behavior, social skills, and academic outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district policies
