What We’re Looking For:
- Active and current Louisiana DOE certification required
- Minimum credentialing: ability to pass district-specific drug screening and fingerprinting
- Previous experience or strong knowledge of school psychologists’ best practices
- Comfort with varied assignments across one or more schools (school/caseload details TBD)
- Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and students
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services including assessments, counseling, and interventions for students (age range and caseload to be determined)
- Partner with teachers and administrators to design and implement strategies supporting student learning and wellbeing
- Support the development and facilitation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough records per district and professional standards
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
- Work full time, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, according to the school calendar
- Participate in a streamlined interview process, with quick decision turnaround
