- Implement individualized interventions and support services based on assessment results
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights on student needs
- Guide and support crisis intervention and behavioral management plans
- Provide counseling, consultation, and training to staff and parents as needed
- Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
