Qualifications and Experience:
- State certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and educational planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to varying needs within the school setting
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and schedules efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments to identify educational, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on special education services
- Provide direct support and counseling for students as assigned
- Consult with teachers and parents to address academic or behavioral concerns
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state guidelines
- Engage in crisis intervention as needed
