What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed or certified School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain state licensure)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong skills in conducting evaluations, writing comprehensive reports, and making recommendations
- Ability to develop and implement effective student interventions
- Collaborative spirit to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education services and eligibility reviews
- Lead and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Consult with teachers and parents to develop strategies supporting student growth
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal, ethical, and procedural guidelines
- Support a caseload of approximately 8-10 students at any given time
