Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Background in educational, public health, or clinical psychology, with experience in K-12 settings preferred
- Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and other school-based evaluations
- Strong knowledge of best practices for developing individualized recommendations and interventions for students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to variable schedules and respond promptly to referral needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychoeducational evaluations and participate in student assessments according to district referrals
- Interpret testing results and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Deliver consultation and intervention services as needed throughout the school year
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and student support strategies
