Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school settings providing assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Strong understanding of IEPs, special education law, and assessment tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptable and responsive to the diverse needs of students and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and prepare reports
- Interpret assessment results and guide data-driven interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop student plans
- Support students individually and in small groups, addressing emotional, academic, and behavioral concerns
- Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
- Attend and contribute to IEP, eligibility, and team meetings
- Promote social-emotional learning and crisis intervention as needed
