Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need
- Develop, implement, and monitor student support plans and interventions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to promote academic, social, and emotional wellbeing
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert insights to support student progress
- Serve as a resource for families, offering guidance and support regarding psychological and educational challenges
