Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student learning and social-emotional well-being
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student needs and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
