- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of special education law, evaluation procedures, and behavioral interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective, data-driven interventions and instructional strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and provide recommendations to support educational planning
- Provide individualized and group counseling to students to address learning and emotional challenges
- Assist with crisis management support and consultation to promote a safe, supportive learning environment
- Deliver training and resources to staff and families on best practices and mental health awareness
