Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing behavior plans for elementary-age students

- Ability to conduct pre-referral interventions and comprehensive evaluations
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Flexibility to work across two elementary school sites
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and pre-referral activities for students as needed
- Design, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom management and promote positive student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for student support
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student interventions and progress
- Deliver services onsite for 7 hours per day during the academic year
