- Valid certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
- Demonstrated experience crafting behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students
- Strong background in guiding and training staff on managing classroom behaviors
- Familiarity with pre-referral processes, assessment, and evaluative activities in a school setting
- Dedicated, proactive, and able to adapt effectively between two elementary school sites
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills necessary for working with diverse school teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and revise behavior plans tailored to student and classroom needs
- Support teachers and staff by providing strategies and guidance for managing challenging behaviors across various settings
