Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field, with state licensure/certification as required
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI, behavioral interventions, and crisis management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, students, and families
- Ability to maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and professional relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret test results to identify student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to create and implement effective IEPs and behavioral intervention plans
- Deliver individual and group counseling services to support social, emotional, and academic growth
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and consultation with staff and parents
- Provide crisis intervention and strategies for at-risk students
- Support data-driven decision-making processes to promote student success
