Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in School Psychology
- Experience working with elementary-level students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to onsite work in Lynnwood, WA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological and educational assessments
- Help determine special education eligibility
- Collaborate with staff and families to develop effective support strategies
- Participate in IEP and intervention planning meetings
- Consult on behavior and academics as part of MTSS/RTI
- Maintain documentation and records per district and state requirements
- Provide counseling services as needed
