Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Connecticut
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with middle school students

- Ability to interpret data and develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services including assessment, consultation, and intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and social-emotional growth
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as appropriate
- Participate in MTSS and IEP meetings to help develop and monitor plans
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to guide recommendations and interventions
- Promote mental health awareness and proactive strategies within the school setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
This position offers competitive compensation between $48–58 per hour, in addition to a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
