Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Connecticut.
- Demonstrated school-based experience is required.
- Strong background in evaluation administration and PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
- Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the application process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students and deliver insightful, actionable assessments.
- Contribute to PPT meetings by preparing thorough and timely reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student success.
- Provide consultation and counseling to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards.
