School Psychologist - Morgantown, West Virginia

In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, provide crisis intervention strategies, and develop individualized plans that help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response to intervention (RTI)
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations is highly valued
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Counsel students individually and in groups to address behavioral, social, or emotional concerns
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement interventions
- Assist with crisis prevention and management within the school community
- Provide professional development related to mental health and student well-being
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with professional and legal requirements
