Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Active School Psychologist Certification
- Experience working within a school setting
- Solid understanding of K-5 child development and assessment tools
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and create individualized recommendations
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies
- Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
- Guide Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 Plan processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
- Maintain detailed records and present findings to multidisciplinary teams
Position Details:
- Immediate start available
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Assigned to support students in the K-5 age group
