- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
- Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Support the creation of inclusive learning environments for students with diverse needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to collaborative teams
- Offer crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district policies
