Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday
School-Day Hours
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behavioral support throughout the school day
Follow individualized behavior plans and skill-building programs
Collect accurate student data
Support classroom participation and transitions
Assist with personal care and daily living needs
Provide toileting and changing assistance when required
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and special education staff
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification
School-based experience preferred
Must be comfortable with personal care responsibilities
Experience supporting students with autism is a plus
