Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
- Demonstrated experience in developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong ability to assist educational staff in managing a variety of student behaviors across multiple environments
- Knowledge of pre-referral and assessment/evaluation processes
- Outstanding communication skills, with an empathetic and solution-focused approach
- Previous work with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral and academic support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Deliver direct and consultative psychological services to students
- Conduct pre-referral screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Facilitate problem-solving teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Serve across two elementary sites, fully onsite, providing 7 hours of services daily
