What We Value:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility in Colorado)
- Experience within school-based settings, applying best practices in assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Strong understanding of special education law, IEP development, and response-to-intervention strategies
- Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments of students to determine eligibility for special education services and develop data-informed recommendations
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents as part of the IEP process
- Provide direct and consultative services, supporting student mental health and behavioral growth
- Lead preventive programs and interventions, including crisis response and behavioral support plans
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to timelines and ethical standards
