What We're Seeking:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting student assessments, psychological testing, and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) evaluations
- Skilled in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to travel within Newnan and nearby communities
- Enthusiasm, empathy, and a student-centered approach
What You'll Do:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive and behavioral assessments
- Participate in MTSS meetings and contribute to data-driven intervention strategies
- Develop clear, comprehensive evaluation reports to share findings with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support instructional planning and student success
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide expertise during eligibility meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
