Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid certification/licensure for School Psychologists in Indiana
- Previous experience in a school or district setting is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, special education law, and response to intervention (RTI) strategies
- Skilled in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Work with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as required
- Offer recommendations for classroom and school-wide interventions
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
