- Active and valid School Psychologist certification for Pennsylvania
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education compliance
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments for special education eligibility and program planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering guidance and recommendations
- Assist in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives as needed
- Maintain thorough, accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
