Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working in school settings (preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques for children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently across multiple campus sites.
- Passion for fostering positive learning environments and advocating for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention to students, promoting healthy coping strategies.
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to implement evidence-based support strategies.
- Advocate for students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Travel throughout the county as required, providing support wherever it’s needed most.
