Key Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) School Psychologist certification required

- Strong background in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), behavioral interventions, and psycho-educational assessments
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Comfort with hybrid (in-person and virtual) service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, supporting social and emotional growth
- Participate in MTSS meetings (in person on Mondays) and collaborate on intervention planning
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to advocate for students’ needs
- Maintain accurate student records and create comprehensive reports
- Assist with crisis intervention and help foster a positive school climate
