Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification required
- Previous experience conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments in a school setting
- Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and SAP (Student Assistance Program) processes
- Strong knowledge of 5th and 6th-grade developmental and academic needs
- Superb written and verbal communication skills for reporting and consultation
- Comfort working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, supporting both students and staff
- Ability to maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation per state and school requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational and other relevant student evaluations
- Generate thorough evaluation reports and deliver findings to school teams and families
- Consult with teachers on interventions supporting academic and social-emotional needs
- Participate in MTSS and SAP meetings as part of a proactive support process
- Offer evidence-based recommendations to enhance student success
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards and best practices
- Promote a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student well-being
