What you'll bring:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in School Psychology
- Experience working with elementary students (preferred)
- Strong abilities in communication, organization, and teamwork
- Capacity to work onsite in Lynnwood, WA
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for student evaluations
- Assist in determining eligibility for special education services
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to craft meaningful support strategies
- Take part in IEP and intervention meetings
- Consult on behavior and academics within MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Maintain precise documentation in accordance with state and district policies
- Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
