School Psychologist - Portland, OR

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), IEP processes, and federal/state special education regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive educational environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school teams
- Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral consultation
- Support teachers and staff with strategies for effective classroom management and student engagement
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with families and staff
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and other support initiatives
