Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist credential or certification in California
- Proven experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in a school setting
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Effective communicator with students, parents, and faculty
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Comfortable working part-time and adapting to changing needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and well-being
- Provide individual and group counseling services to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop tailored intervention strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered support system (MTSS) processes
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
